Monument Site Plan
Depicted above is a conceptual drawing of the proposed layout for the monument site. It consists of a rectangular paved area (64x32-feet in size, or 2,000 square feet) surrounding the statue of General Greene, which will be constructed of paving blocks. Among them will be engraved memorial pavers of various sizes featuring dedications and messages authored by donors to the project. The border of white squares represents twenty 2x2-foot engraved paving blocks, in a contrasting gray granite hue, for major donors who contribute $1,000 or more to the project. This number can be increased up to twenty-eight granite blocks, if necessary, by adding four more blocks, evenly spaced, on either side of the monument plinth.
